kv33 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kv33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at kv33.ws. These Terms apply to all products offered on the platform including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or betting product made available now or in the future.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus terms published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

To be eligible to use the kv33 platform and to open an account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kv33 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident or current user accessing the platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which use of the platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Accounts must be created and used exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an employee or contractor of kv33 or any of its group companies.
• You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or have been subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform within the preceding 12 months.

kv33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to restrict or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including any pending withdrawals.

To access the full range of services at kv33, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid mobile number and creating a password. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You are required to keep your registration information up to date at all times. kv33 may require additional verification information at any point.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account. Opening or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all funds being forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. kv33 will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or any other channel.
• You must notify kv33 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. kv33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate password security.
• KYC verification — requiring a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and a recent selfie — must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. kv33 may additionally request proof of address or source of funds at its discretion.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as described in our fee schedule. Players will be notified by SMS before any dormancy fee is applied.

kv33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods currently available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at kv33's discretion. Deposit terms are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kv33, although individual mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your kv33 wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from your mobile wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact kv33 support with your transaction reference number.
• All funds deposited must be your own personal funds. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or criminal means, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• kv33 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating wallet if the deposit is made in error, if the account is under review, or if fraud is suspected.

Withdrawal terms applicable to all kv33 Players are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit. kv33 does not send withdrawals to third-party wallets or bank accounts not associated with your verified identity.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals require KYC completion and may take up to 24 hours from submission of documents. VIP Players receive priority processing.
• kv33 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where the account has not previously completed KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

kv33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• The welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more. The bonus credits up to ৳20,000 and is subject to a 20x wagering requirement applied to the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Cash balance and bonus balance are tracked separately; only the cash balance is available for immediate withdrawal.
• kv33 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse any bonus, free spin credit, or associated winnings where it is determined that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or using automated software.
• Bonuses and promotional offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Each promotion is subject to its own eligibility conditions; a Player who qualifies for one promotion does not automatically qualify for all promotions.
• kv33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering requirements in progress at the time of modification will continue to apply to the bonus balance already credited.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game(s) specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Unused free spins expire at the end of the promotional validity period.

kv33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The following tools and restrictions are built into the platform and are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session time reminders: Players may set session time alerts that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed. The platform will display a notification and offer the option to pause or end the session.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period the account is locked for all betting and deposit activity. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-excluded players will not receive any promotional communications from kv33 and will be unable to open a new account during the exclusion period.

kv33 reserves the right to close or restrict any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the Player has activated any responsible gaming tool. This action is taken in the Player's interest and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by kv33.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kv33 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Using or attempting to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including match-fixing or sharing information about live game states to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity. kv33 applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all accounts and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the kv33 platform infrastructure, including any attempt to reverse-engineer game software, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or perform denial-of-service attacks.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other platform process, including impersonating another individual or submitting forged documentation.

kv33 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. kv33's findings following investigation are final and binding with respect to account and fund disposition.

All content on the kv33 platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of kv33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the kv33 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of kv33. Any unauthorised use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kv33 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of funds or profits arising from your gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from interrupted games, connection failures, or technical errors outside kv33's reasonable control, provided kv33 takes reasonable steps to restore affected game states where technically possible.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost business, reputational damage, or loss of data, even if kv33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account closure, fund forfeiture, or withdrawal delays attributable to incomplete KYC, breach of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

kv33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or submission of false information during registration or KYC.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity in connection with the account, pending investigation. Funds in the account may be frozen during this period.
• At your own request — including voluntary self-exclusion or account closure requested by the Player. In the case of voluntary closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal wallet within 5 business days.

Following permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, kv33 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account, including any pending withdrawal amounts, where such retention is warranted by the nature of the breach. kv33 will provide written notification of the reason for closure to the registered contact details on file.

kv33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kv33.ws/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kv33 uses personal data for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. kv33 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

kv33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kv33 will provide notice to registered Players via SMS to their registered mobile number or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform at login. The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of the Terms page.

Your continued use of the kv33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and kv33 regarding your account, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should contact kv33 support in the first instance at [email protected]. kv33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution.
